Life is so much more fun if you see it through the eyes of wonder. We don't need to make ourselves naive and suppress the cynic in us to have wonder. I think quite the contrary is true. The more mature and knowledgable one is, the more we understand how little one knows.

I want to share with you this wonderful short talk by the chief of scientific visualization at Yale University,  Alexander Tsarias, professor of medicine and mathematician. This brilliant man goes on and one about the fact that the miracle of human conception, development and birth is beyond understanding and can only be explained as divine.

That's exactly what I felt as a Dad when I would see the ultrasound image of my girls, but I'm not a scientist, what do I know?  Alexander Tsarias is, though, and he seems to be as astonished as I am. Check it out, it's well worth your ten minutes.
