Do you want to know what hope sounds like? Watch this

Some people hit the reset button to your worldview in 3 minutes. That's what Emmanuel does. Just read the story.

Emmanuel and his brother are from war torn Iraq. They both suffered limb deficiencies as a result of chemical warfare. They don't know how old they are because they were found in a shoebox by some nuns who took them to a Mother Teresa orphanage. Later they were brought to Australia and adopted by Moira Kelly who is an amazing Christian humanitarian.

Emmanuel loves to sing so he auditioned on a talent show called the X-Factor in Australia. His voice, his story and his spirit completely strip away any excuse from being fully alive.
I watched him sing «Imagine» by John Lennon as I was getting ready to go to bed, I was sort of tired and down, and paraphrasing Donald Miller, it was as if Hope had entered the room and sat at the foot of my bed.
I was floored, humbled and liberated at the same time in just a few minutes. Tomorrow is going to be a Hope Full day thanks to Emmanuel.

Is there anything weighing you down? Do you need a dose of hope and a change in perspective?
