Today I visited my new friends the «Overcoming» rehabilitation center in Moscow ( we did a benefit show for them a couple of days ago). It's a state of the art facility that focuses exclusively on people with spine injuries. The team is the most amazing family of professionals, a lot of heart and an amazing range of services both physical and emotional/spiritual help. I mean these guys have a choir, photo lab and a rugby team! ......Rugby!

One former patient used to be a test pilot, after a paragliding accident he does not have use of his arms and legs but he runs two businesses, provides for a family and three children and is a donor to the center. The guy rocks!
The center treats patients for free, Moscow residents are paid for by the Government out of town patients are treated out of donations by businesses and people. Of course they are always strapped for money but you would not be able to tell, the place looks impeccable.
I met patients that have more purpose, joy and hope for the future than many people I know who have perfect use of their legs.

Vision for life, truly, starts on the inside, wow. I'm convicted on how often I complain in my mind. I have got to repent of that.
What do you think?
